Do you agree with the key issues for infrastructure?

Are there other key infrastructure issues that you want to see addressed in the NSSCP? Comment below.
Infrastructure is critical as is usually has a long lead time and is expensive. It should be holistis/inclusive and long term ... not ad hoc patch jobs.
Design capacity is critical and when it is exceeded there are problems whether it is roads or parking or restrooms/waste water treatment. It is a sad statement tha the skateboard park at Sunset Beach/rockplies , which is heavily used on all sunny days, still does not have a rest room. There is a pee tree. The thousands of people who stop at Laniakea find the place of greatest privacy when nature calls is under the bridge.
Biking is a great recreational activity ... when it is safe. There are many choke points where the narrowness Kamehameha Hwy makes it very [emphasis added] risky to ride.

Strongly agree that cesspools, which receive untreated wastewater, are a big hazard to environmental and public health. Leach fields always receive treated wastewater, for example from a septic tank. Therefore, cesspools are a much bigger hazard than leach fields.
The nonprofit WAI: Wastewater Alternatives & Innovations, for which I work, can provide input on alternative WW treatment solutions.
