I don’t believe EV’s are a main consideration in sustainability , especially for the North Shore. I believe a stronger focus should be on Agriculture and the contributions to food security, land use and protection. EV structures are a hidden development plan and don’t support the effective and positive use of our lands to provide food which should be a key focus in sustainability

We need some of the power generation in our area to be either on a microgrid or capable of being switched to becoming a microgrid. Given our vulnerability and isolation from the urban core, we need to have a sustainable and flexible electrical delivery system.
